1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

3. Account Registration

• You can register for the Service using your Notion account.
• By using a social login, you agree to share certain information from your social account with us, as governed by our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that your social login credentials remain confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or illegal activity.
• Our Service is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or as required by local laws). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under this age. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Video Notes TLDR offers Basic, Standard, and Premium subscription plans. Specific features are available depending on your plan.
• Payments for paid plans are processed via Lemon Squeezy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial months.
• After cancellation, you will retain access to your account and any previously generated notes until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, access will revert to the features available in the Free plan, unless you resubscribe.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

6. Notes

• The summaries and notes generated by the Service are created using AI algorithms. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content, we cannot guarantee that all generated notes will be error-free or perfectly aligned with your expectations.
• Video Notes TLDR is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the AI-generated content, and users should independently verify the information when necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Video Notes TLDR or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

7. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Pricing

• The pricing for our subscription plans is subject to change as we continue to develop new features and improve the Service. We will notify you in advance of any price adjustments.
• Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles, and you may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the updated pricing.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Video Notes TLDR and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
